Hi
BLUF: I cannot sign/create apps with Xcode and load them on my phone. I get the following error. When I try to sign in to developer.apple.com the I am only directed to the contact us page. No other page is presented. I previously attempted to enroll in the "Apple Developer Program", my company paid the $99 fee. The enrollment never succeed for reasons I am unclear about. they said in the response email Apple "could not verify my identity" however I provided my valid Maryland drivers license twice. As far as I know the $99 fee is not required to write code in Xcode or create apps.
Error for Ref:
Communication with Apple failed

Backstory:
I admit I am sort of a newbie with Apple and Apple developer accounts. So when I joined my friend's startup he paid the $99 fee for me to be in the Apple Development Program. They, for reasons unknown, were not able to process my Drivers License. Calling support back and forth I found out that the paid tier is not required to use Xcode. ( Lowkey kinda dumb of us to assume.) and the support rep said she would just refund the money and I could continue to work unimpeded. A week later I get and email saying "hank you for your interest in the Apple Developer Program. My name is Jay, and I am a senior Advisor with Apple Developer Support.
We reviewed your documentation, but can't verify your identity.
Your enrollment was withdrawn. Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to post to your cardholder account.
The Apple Account used to submit the enrollment is no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program. "
For whatever reason I then kept getting the error above on and off. I think the local certs had not updated since I was still able to push code to an iphone. Troubleshooting the error I refreshed the keychain which broke everything. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalled xcode, and several different support emails/phone calls to no success.
What should/can I do about this? Should I just make a new apple account? help?

My apple app rejected on 9 of July 2025 but I didn't recieve any confirmation on mail can you please provide any written confirmation why my mail is not approved with all possibe conditions.
Dear Apple Support Team,
I am writing to urgently request attention and a clear resolution timeline regarding a critical issue with my Apple Developer Account, which has been ongoing since June 18, 2025.
Despite acknowledging that the issue is caused by a backend bug related to the Developer Program contract, and after ticket number 102625528685 was opened, there has been no meaningful progress or timeline provided. My account is currently restricted in a way that prevents me from:
Submitting new apps
Sending apps for review or updates
Creating or managing subscriptions
Fully using App Store Connect features
For nearly a month now, I have only received generic replies saying that “engineering is investigating.” However, there have been no updates, no estimated timelines, and no temporary solutions offered.
This issue is seriously impacting my work and business operations. I am kindly requesting that a senior support representative or engineer directly review this case and provide:
A clear explanation of the root cause
A realistic timeframe for a solution
An interim workaround if the final fix will take more time
Please escalate this matter urgently, as my business has already suffered due to this extended delay. I appreciate your understanding and hope to receive a concrete update as soon as possible.
Thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
Soheil

Xcode is stuck on sign-in window of adding a new Apple Account. Returns "unknown error occurred" after couple of hours
Hello,
I recently created a new Apple Developer account and I'm trying to purchase the Developer Program, but I'm running into a payment issue.
Every time I attempt to make the payment, I receive the following error:
"The payment you want to make with your card could not be approved."
Here is what I have tried:
I used multiple cards (Visa and MasterCard) from different Turkish banks.
All cards are active, have sufficient balance, and are open to international payments.
I confirmed with my banks that there are no issues on their side.
Despite all of this, the payment still fails.
Additionally, I noticed that my Developer account shows a "Pending" status in the dashboard. There is no further explanation about this status, and I am unsure whether any additional verification is required.
I also contacted Apple Support via email, but I haven’t received a response yet.
I would like to ask a few additional questions for clarification:
After successfully purchasing the Developer Program, how long does it take for the account to become fully active?
Once the account is activated, how long does app review and publishing usually take?
Is this kind of delay and unclear messaging common with Apple? Or am I experiencing an exceptional case?
Any insight or similar experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your support!
Best regards,
Harun Altaş

I have just purchased an Apple developer Account from Bangladesh and it sent codes perfectly for the first 2-3 times for logging in, but after that no matter what I do it doesn't send verification code and I am stuck, I now cannot log in and this is extremely extremely frustrating
Hello,
I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue and can share any advice.
We submitted our Apple Developer Program enrollment nearly three months ago, and the status has remained “In Review” ever since. We've contacted Apple Support several times by email, but all the responses have been generic – simply stating that the application is still under review, with no indication of what's causing the delay.
To clarify:
Our company is legally registered in Saint Vincent, but our development operations and team are based in the Philippines, which is also where the enrollment was submitted.
We have no unresolved communications or pending documentation requests from Apple.
This extended delay is starting to affect our business operations.
Has anyone else experienced such a long review time?
Were you able to escalate the issue successfully or get a more specific response from Apple?
Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Our enrollment has been stuck in processing for months without any updates from Apple. Despite repeatedly using the 'contact us' option, we haven't received any feedbac
I’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment since decemeber 2024 so now in June 2025 - 6 months of no solutions
We have tried all everything, emailed every possible support on developer website, tried mutliple cards and accounts, withdraw enrolment, re-enroll nothing.
We even spoke to local Apple Head Office to try and get help to no avail.
Customer senior management support even could not help or escalate nothing –
But I don’t know what’s really going on or what to do next
PLEASE HELP US
We are from South Africa

Hey guys, did someone tried recently to migrate membership from an individual to an organisation? I initiated the process on 1st of May, and as final step sent confirmation documents on 7th of May. Since then I don't have any updates, tried to contact support, but they said that they can't help as legal team is reviewing. So I wanted to ask is it ok to wait for 6 weeks? I thought this would take 2-4 weeks

Hello! we're currently in the process of trademarking a company name for an application we're building here in the US. As this has occurred, an app built for UK users has been published with the exact same name. As we understand our trademark wont be enforcable in the UK from the US, we are disappointed as it seems we can no longer use that exact name for our application. How similar can names be in the app store? for example if their app was FunFriend, could mine be "FunFriend - US"? or "FunFriends"?
It seems like your enrollment has been stuck in processing for months without any updates from Apple. Despite repeatedly using the 'contact us' option, you haven't received any feedback.
Need assistance in implementing this device management feature.
Our free plan lets each person use one special device. To make this work, we need to set up device control right after they log in.
Because of this, we can’t let people use our app on more than one device or platform at the same time.
If we don’t ask them to log in, we won’t know if they have already used their free device on Android or the Chrome extension.
But Apple wants us to give people free access to things that don’t need an account.
Can you help us find a way to do this?

I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual. I’ve gone through the steps on the website and started the purchase process. However, after a couple of days when I return to the site, it doesn’t remember my progress — I have to start the enrollment from scratch every time.
Is this expected behavior? Am I missing a step to save my progress or complete the enrollment properly?
Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!
Hello everyone,
I recently changed the phone number associated with my Apple ID (about 4 days ago), but I’m still receiving the two-factor authentication verification codes on my old number instead of the new one.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there a delay on Apple’s side, or is there something else I need to do to complete the update?
Hi there
I have applied for Account migration from individual to organization on 30th April. It's been over a month and I am still yet to hear from them and it's still in process. Please speed up or let me know regular updates like how we get amazon delivery order tracking - at least add this please. Thank you!

I've been trying to create my Apple Developer account for over a month with absolutely no response from Apple. I've even resubmitted my application, but still nothing.
My situation:
Applied over 20 days ago
Resubmitted application once
Zero communication from Apple
No status updates or timeline provided
This complete lack of feedback is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Other platforms process developer registrations in days, not months, and actually communicate with applicants.
Has anyone experienced similar delays? How long did it take for your account to be approved?
I'm seriously considering switching to other platforms due to this poor experience. Apple's silence is unacceptable for a company of this size.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I've been trying to add my bank info to my account on AppStore connect, but nothing seems to work. Even searching for my bank does not work for me. Even tried searching for any other bank does not work. Keeps giving error messages.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
My company has been sharing the redeem code to the company domain email address and allow staff to redeem the app with their personal Apple ID.
However, we found that the redeem code is failing and claiming the Apple ID doesn't match the one associated with the invitation.
I cannot find the documentation for this change, may I know if this is something permanent?
I’m experiencing an issue where Xcode cannot access my Team ID, even though my Apple Developer Program membership appears active and I have paid for it.
• When I visit Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get this popup:
“Unable to find a team with the given Team ID XXXXXXXXXX to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support.”
• My Apple ID still shows an active Developer Program membership under System Settings → Media & Purchases.
• In App Store Connect, I can still see my Team ID and access my account.
This issue was previously resolved via phone support after I was incorrectly locked out. I had paid twice, and was refunded once, but now the issue has returned - and support claims I was refunded twice, which is false (I have proof from my bank).
I’ve contacted support multiple times, and my case has been sitting with the operations team for weeks. No explanation. No resolution. Just silence.
I paid for a service I’m not receiving. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or found a way to escalate it effectively?
